Nugen Academy is pleased to announce the successful completion of our Project Management & Leadership Workshop, held on 10 & 11 September 2025. The program was designed to equip leaders with essential skills in leading projects with confidence, empathy, and authority.

Throughout the two-day training, the leaders engaged in interactive sessions covering:

• Defining clear project scopes using the S.M.A.R.T. framework

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and team members

• Monitoring and tracking project progress effectively

The course combined practical exercises, group discussions, and case studies, ensuring the leaders walked away with actionable strategies to apply immediately in their professional roles.
